If you are connected to the database already, navigate to menu File > Backup….

TablePlus only supports extract creation for a single table, if you want to export all the tables at the same time I think you should use pgdump. Right click on left panel: there is new menu dump item > copy creation. In TablePlus, you can perform export database via the Backup feature. Press command + L and install table dump plugin.
